Uhuru Banner

I've been really wanting to do some fanart for Rinja's novel, Forges of the Dawn, ever sense I've first started learning more about it. Most of those bits of fan art was sketches that was too spoiler heavy for the internet so it took me a while to come up with a concept. Finally, I designed this banner and few others, but this one is the one I finished.
Rather proud of how it came out, especially the hair textures, you can't see it well but it took forever (I'm in fact thinking of going back and toning down the coloration so its better seen). The back ground came out pretty good too, not great but I realized it wasn't supposed to be the main focus so its okay.
I can't say much as it give away spoilers for the story, hopefully it will wet your appetites for the book to come.
